Social Folk (formally Paige Eliza Social) was founded to put passion into action and help small, indie businesses get seen on social.

Since setting up in March 2021 the business has gone from strength to strength, developing creative roles for the team and breaking the mould of ‘corporate and stuffy’ office jobs.

We pride ourselves on allowing our team to feel free to live their lives as they please - with work being something they actively enjoy, rather than something they dread.

Founded in 2020, Social Folk is based within the heritage mill building of Croft MYL in Halifax.

We’re based in a bold, maximalist office that we share with Hello Katy - Creative Director and brand designer wizard. Oh yes, we know all the right people.

Paige - Founder/Director

Social Folk was founded by Paige, who has always been social media savvy and is a serious foodie. After managing socials over various roles in corporate and serviced-based businesses, she knows a thing or two about how to get seen.

With a Masters in Sociocultural Linguistics - she also knows that language is a huge part of social media management and that relatable, socially savvy copy is what generates leads and conversions. She likes to get involved in your business and captures the true personality of your brand to communicate to your target audience. Words are powerful sh*t you know.

Jade - Social Media Manager

Jade comes from a background of agriculture and travel. After living in Bali and exploring her creative side, she arrived at Social Folk as a Social Media Consultant. She’s Paige’s second hand woman and will be clued-up with all of your social goings-on.

She likes to get creative when generating new content. We’re talking the slickest of Instagram reels & TikToks. She can take a seemingly *boring* concept and transform it into something wonderful. Full of ideas & beans, you won’t be lost for social media campaigns with Jade on your team.

Tyla - Marketing Assistant

This is Tyla! Our lovely Marketing Assistant at Social Folk. She has been working with us for 8 months now and is a bloody incredible asset to our wonderful team. She’s our designated foodie, when it comes to shooting food, photographing food & even cooking food. She’s the woman for the job.

Ellie - Marketing Assistant

Social media manager or in-house model? Why not both. Ellie is our organisation queen & loves to get involved in a content creation day. She brings an energy to the office that we can’t even put into words. Ellie heads up our CultureDale project & keeps the day-to-day task in check.
